Niagara Now: NC’s Paul Zammit quoted in column about prepping gardens for the cold

In a special column appearing in Niagara Now and The Lake Report, Kyra Simone writes about fall garden preparation heading into the colder weather. NC professor of horticulture Paul Zammit is quoted in the piece,  commenting on the use of fallen leaves as a good alternative to compost and mulch when winterizing gardens and is “investing in the future health of your garden.”
