Please be advised that the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) has filed an application for certification with the Ontario Labour Board to represent part-time support staff and student employees at Ontario colleges, including Niagara College.
A vote will be held at Ontario college campuses starting the week of June 20, 2016 to help determine the results of the OPSEU application. All part-time staff and student employees are encouraged to vote.
The votes will be held at Niagara College on the following day: Thursday, June 23, 2016 at the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus, Room 212, from 9 am to 11 am and again that afternoon, June 23, at the Welland campus, Lundy Boardroom, from 1 pm to 5 pm.
