Ryan Delrue, alumnus of Niagara College’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program (2016), was mentioned in this article in The St. Catharines Standard about up-and-coming beer establishment, Cold Break Brewing, in St. Catharines.
With the business owned by Noel Buckley, Delrue is charged with leading the brewery, where every beer – including a range of lagers, ambers, sours and IPA’s – is brewed in-house.
