Finance, in partnership with Information, Technology Services (ITS) are pleased to announce that a new Travel and Expense PeopleSoft module will be launching on January 1.

The new module will modernize and completely automate the process of submitting, tracking and approving travel authorizations, cash advances, out of pocket expenses and corporate card expenses. Employees will now be able to submit and manage these requests through the Travel and Expense module within Peoplesoft.

Please see the document below for more information about the module and the planned roll-out for January 1.

We will be holding training sessions at both campuses utilizing a train the trainer model. Our goal is to provide training to the executive, divisional and departmental administrative assistants and academic business managers who can act as a first point of contact for any travel and expense related questions for the respective division.

If you are not in one of these roles but are interested in attending one of the sessions please email Ryan Higgins with the session date and time you plan on attending. Seating is limited so please let us know if you are planning on joining. We will also be offering training for divisions and departments the week of December 16 on an as-requested basis.

Please review the dates below and if interested find a suitable time to attend. Training documentation will be provided to all staff closer to the January 1 go-live.
