Mirage News shared the news release from the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario about the $13 million funding announcement for innovation in Niagara Region. This funding – announced on September 3 at NC’s NOTL Campus – includes $5 million for Niagara College, in collaboration with Vineland Research and Innovation Centre and the University of Guelph, to establish a Greenhouse Technology Network. The network will bring greenhouse growers and technology experts together to advance development, help businesses and organization commercialize new products and services, and drive job creation.
