Thanks to a new list released by a popular dining reservation app, diners across Ontario will learn what many Niagarans already know – Niagara College’s Benchmark Restaurant offers a unique, panoramic view that is second to none.
Recently, Open Table announced the top 100 most scenic restaurants in Canada in 2019, as voted by diners – a list that includes Benchmark.
“One of the benefits of being a part of one of Canada’s most beautiful and unique learning environments is that we can offer our guests captivating views of on-campus vineyards, gardens, and the Niagara escarpment,” said Sarah Scott, manager of Dining Operations at NC’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute. “Our campus provides the perfect backdrop for a menu that highlights food, wine, beer and spirits prepared and presented by Niagara College students.”
Benchmark – which provides a real-world learning environment for student in Niagara College’s Canadian Food and Wine Institute and hospitality programs – is recognized among 42 Ontario restaurants, 13 of which represent the Niagara region.
