Food Service and Hospitality: Niagara College Teaching Distillery Unveils First Product

Food Service and Hospitality reported on NC’s Teaching Distillery making history with the release of Eau-de-vie de Fruits, Fruit Spirit, it’s inaugural product produced by students in the Artisan Distilling program.

Steve Gill, general manager of Niagara College’s learning enterprises, comments about how this spirit completes NC’s portfolio of wine, cider, beer and spirits at Niagara College’s learning enterprise.
