In the St. Thomas Times Journal on Feb. 26, NC student and London, Ontario native Nathalie Torres received a mention for her contribution towards brewing a new beer release from Storm Stayed Brewing Company’; a tropical grapefruit and guava-infused beer in their ‘Shook’ line. Justin Belanger of Storm Stayed explains that Nathalie had the opportunity to be part of the whole process, from using specialized brewing techniques to the packaging of the final product.
