Niagara College is introducing a new web portal that makes it easier than ever for students and applicants to access all the vital information, announcements and applications they need in one convenient location.
MyNC is your gateway for student information – from selecting your timetable and choosing your electives, to paying fees and checking your grades. With a modern look and feel, the new and improved web portal streamlines the information you receive on your landing page tailored to your needs – your program, your level, and your application status.
Common online functions in Enrolment Services, student records, student services resources, and documents – are all located on your dashboard for easy access. You can also access MyNC anywhere, anytime by downloading the new mobile app!
For students and applicants, MyNC tailors your information based on your visa status. Whether you are a domestic or international student, you will view the right deadlines, fees and activities that apply to you, specifically!

Improved functionality
Students and applicants can continue to use MyNC to view their application status, transcript status, final grades, timetable, bus route schedules, campus eatery hours, and advisor information. They can also download documents such as the AA Report (academic advisement report that lets students know what requirements are outstanding to get their diploma), and T2202As (income tax credit related documents).
New features
MyNC is introducing brand new features that will help you make informed choices about your activities. Check out wait times at Tim Hortons / cafeteria, public transit information and route delays (where available), the utilization of open access computer labs, and more. New features also include:
- A customizable application launcher for Niagara College web applications;
- News and event feeds;
- A dashboard view to surface important information quickly and efficiently;
- Targeted messaging (the ability to be student specific, with important notices and high priority messaging);
- A consistent user experience between the portal and the NC mobile application;
- It’s mobile device ready, and will work on all popular devices; and
- Quick links to important resources.
Mobile App available for MyNC
Download the new MyNC mobile app to your Apple or Android device for a native mobile application experience with a modern look and feel. On the MyNC app, students will be able to:
- View news feed and important notices and high priority messages;
- View campus Tim Horton’s wait times;
- View open access lab availability;
- View public transit arrival and departure times (including delays where available);
- Update their name and address information;
- View their current application status;
- View their current transcript status;
- View their final grades;
- View their timetable;
- View their advisor information;
- Request their transcripts; and
- RSVP to Convocation.
How will I access MyNC?
Login will be the same as for Blackboard or the Niagara College network. Username and password authentication is required on the landing page.
Visit mync.niagaracollege.ca/ and set up your account password, ready for future logins.
When will MyNC be launched?
A soft launch of the new portal took place this summer, giving users an option to explore its functionality and provide feedback, and giving Information Technology Services an opportunity to test the portal with a larger audience.
MyNC will be officially launched on December 20.
