Education News Canada shared Brock University’s press release highlighting the success of students in NC’s and Brock’s joint Honours BA in Game Design and Honours BSc in Game Programming (GAME) programs.
The article celebrates the student-developed video game DisGo, which won the XP26 People’s Choice Award for Best Indie at the XP Game Summit in Toronto on May 22. Created as a capstone project, the disco-themed multiplayer game earned the top spot among more than 20 indie games and studios, adding to its earlier third-place finish at Toronto’s Level Up Showcase.
