The richness of the Niagara Region community is reflected at Niagara College, where many Filipino, Italian, and Portuguese students and employees study and work. June marks the celebration of three distinct heritage months in honour of Filipino Canadians, Italian Canadians, and Portuguese Canadians.

Italian Heritage Month

The Italian Flag will be raised at Niagara Falls City Hall (4310 Queen Street) on Friday, June 5 at 1:30 p.m. .

On Friday evening, the Niagara Falls will be illuminated in red, white and green to mark the month.
