Dish Around Town, an online beverage and food news publication, announced the 2026 Les Dames d’Escoffier International Legacy Awards winners. Presented by Les Dames d’Escoffier International and The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, the awards have supported women in food, beverage, and hospitality through curated industry experiences since 2009.
Andrea Fujarczuk, Program Coordinator and Professor for Niagara College‘s Artisan Distilling program, was recognized as one of six recipients. The article highlights Fujarczuk’s extensive industry and academic achievements, including her doctoral research at Heriot-Watt University, where she is exploring the geography of value in spirits.
