A Message from David Atherton, Dean, Academic & Liberal Studies:
I am writing to share that our Niagara College Community Employment Services (CES) department, which provides a range of government funded supports to job seekers and employers alike, will relocate to the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake this fall.
CES is currently located in downtown St. Catharines where it has operated for several years. Previously, CES was located at the former Niagara Falls Campus.
The move to the Daniel J. Patterson Campus ensures that we continue to offer these important employment supports at a central location with ample parking that is accessible via public transit and has the added benefit of being located in an academic setting that allows both job seekers and employers to connect directly with our program areas.
Relocating our Niagara College Community Employment Services to a main campus building also creates efficiencies at a time when all areas at NC are taking steps to contribute to balanced budgets. While Community Employment Services will change locations, no changes will be made to programs or services.
Please join me in welcoming the CES team back to campus. You can learn more about the services offered at www.niagaracollege.ca/ces.
