The three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review, and Welland Tribune) reported on NC’s 54th Annual Athletic Awards Banquet that took place March 26.
In all, 86 awards were presented, including 47 to student-athletes who made the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) academic honour roll for averaging at least 80 per cent in their first-semester courses at the College.
President Kennedy is quoted in the article: “Congratulations for amazing seasons across the board and for always being extraordinary ambassadors for Niagara College.”
