On August 2, a story by CTV News mentioned Niagara College’s Canadian Food & Wine Institute (CFWI) Innovation Centre – now the Food & Beverage Innovation Centre.
In the story, Daniel Fonseca (Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management, 2021) and Rodrigo Ribeiro (Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management, 2022) who were both part of the development team at the former CFWI Innovation Centre in 2019, are credited with developing a prototype recipe for a certified, organic, gluten-free beer sold by Miski Brewing.
