On August 2, InSauga shared details about NC’s upcoming Project Brew dubbed ‘Augtoberfest.’
The August 11 event showcases the specialty Project Brew beers created by graduating students of the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management Program. Beers will be judged by a panel from the College, and the winner of a $4,500 scholarship from Lallemand Brewing will be announced at the event.
