The NOTL Local shared the Shaw Festival’s news release highlighting its inaugural CARE Summit on November 7, featuring Niagara College’s Healthy Aging and Wellness Innovation Centre (HAWIC).
The free event will bring together older adults, caregivers and community organizations for presentations and workshops focused on mobility, wellness, creativity and positive aging. Rachel Brown, Acting Research Project Manager at HAWIC, is featured among the event’s presenters, with NC also participating in the Community Exhibition.
