Niagara College’s Student Engagement team is inviting students to take time to recharge, reconnect and prioritize their wellbeing at RESET (Reflect, Engage, Support, Empower and Thrive): Student Wellbeing Conference, taking place on October 26, during Reading Week at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Returning for its fourth year, RESET offers students a day dedicated to mental health, self-care and personal growth through a variety of interactive workshops and hands-on activities.
Rooted in the principles of holistic education, the conference focuses on nurturing the whole person – mind, body and soul. Students will have opportunities to explore new approaches to managing stress, develop practical wellbeing strategies and connect with their peers in a supportive environment.
This year’s RESET Conference will feature a mix of new workshops and returning favourites, offering students opportunities to explore mindfulness, creativity, movement and relaxation.
