INsauga spotlighted NC’s partnership with Niagara Parks for the inaugural A Shot of History event at Old Fort Erie.
The immersive event will pair historically inspired dishes with NC Craft beers from the NC Teaching Brewery, including an NC Craft IPA paired with Three Sisters Stew and an NC Craft Light Lager served alongside a bison slider. The Aug. 22 event will combine the food and beer pairings with historical storytelling, live music and demonstrations inspired by life during the War of 1812.
