Leadership Skills Development Certificate Series: A six-session program for current and aspiring leaders, designed to build foundational leadership skills aligned with our NC Leadership Practices. Participants who complete all sessions receive a certificate.
Engagement/Social Sessions: Designed to bring employees together in a relaxed and interactive setting.
