The Niagara College Student Administrative Council (NCSAC) has announced its new Board of Directors, along with its returning President and student representative to the Niagara College Board of Governors for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Hish Clifford, a graduate from the Business Administration – Accounting program (2025), will return as NCSAC President for the 2026-2027 term. The 2026-2027 Board of Directors was elected in March and ratified at the the NCSAC Annual General Meeting held on April 7.
Clifford brings continued leadership experience and a strong commitment to student advocacy into the upcoming year. Over the past year, he has focused on enhancing the student experience through expanded scholarships and supports, improved campus accessibility, mental health resources, and sustainability initiatives, while also working to reduce barriers to student success.
Beyond campus, Clifford has advocated at multiple levels of government on post-secondary affordability, with a focus on OSAP and student financial assistance programs, while reinforcing the importance of reducing financial barriers to education. Looking ahead, he plans to build on this progress by strengthening student services and advancing initiatives that improve access and affordability for all learners.
A major priority for Hish and the incoming Board will be supporting the organization as it implements its 2026-2031 Strategic Plan.
