NOTL Local posted an article about NC’s CICE program, their new CICE Experiential Learning Lab, and Ontario Paper Thorold Foundation’s contributions to NC.

The CICE program gives individuals with developmental disabilities and other learning challenges an opportunity to experience college life. The new lab provides a space for students to strengthen their academic, social and employability skills. The Ontario Paper Thorold Foundation donated $100,000 toward the completion of the lab and has contributed more than $700,000 to NC since 1979.
