Giant FM and Country 89 (via Niagara Daily News) announced that NC’s Teaching Distillery has won three national medals from the 2026 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition: gold for Bees and Blooms liqueur, a student capstone project, silver for Spiced Old Fashioned, created in collaboration between students and staff, and bronze for London Dry Gin, made by NC Distiller and alumnus Ian Bickle.
