A message from Human Resources at Niagara College:
As part of Niagara College’s commitment to fostering a safe, respectful and compliant workplace, we are introducing a new requirement for all employees to complete a series of online mandatory training courses at regular intervals, rather than only upon onboarding. These courses will ensure that our policies and expectations are easier to understand and follow so everyone can feel confident in their decisions.
What courses are included?
All employees are expected to complete the following courses:
- Building a Respectful Workplace
- Code of Conduct
- Conflict of Interest
The courses are short and easy to complete and shouldn’t take longer than 60 minutes in total.
People leaders will also be expected to complete Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness training, which will add an additional 30 minutes.
How to Access the Courses
- Login to your Brightspace account from the MyNC Portal.
- Select “2026 Mandatory Training” from your “My Courses.”
- Follow the instructions on the Course Homepage to access the course content.
Looking for details on Mandatory Training? You’ll find access instructions and answers to common questions on the Employee Hub.
Deadline
Your participation is important, please take some time to complete the courses by July 15, 2026.
Together, we can continue to build a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
