Let’s Talk Science, a national science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) advocacy organization, shared NC’s January 2026 news release highlighting the College’s annual icewine harvest. The story showcased how first- and second-year students in the Winery and Viticultural Technician programs, along with Hospitality students, gained hands-on experience in every stage of Icewine production right on campus.
