Poured Canada shared NC’s release on the 19th edition of Caps, Corks and Forks that took place on Feb. 21. The sold out event brought 250 guests to the College’s Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake and showcases a playful rivalry between wine and beer students, who competed for beverage pairing supremacy.
