The NOTL Loal shard NC’s release announcing the return of Caps, Corks and Forks for its sold-out 19th round on Saturday, Feb. 21.
The popular event will welcome 250 guests to the College’s Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, where students from the wine and beer programs will once again face off in a spirited beverage pairing competition. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a five-course meal prepared by NC’s Benchmark team and vote for their preferred pairings, as Team Wine and Team Beer compete for the coveted trophy.
