There’s still time for students to register for the RESET (Reflect, Engage, Support, Empower, and Thrive): A Student Wellbeing Conference, taking place March 3 at the Welland Campus.
Now in its third year, RESET is designed to support your mental health and overall wellbeing through a full day of interactive, hands-on sessions that encourage reflection, connection, and personal growth.
RESET follows the principles of Holistic Education, focusing on the growth of the whole person – head, hands, and heart. Students will leave with practical strategies for everyday wellbeing, along with plenty of opportunities to connect, learn, and have fun.
What to expect:
