The Holiday Open House will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Wine, Visitor + Education Centre (Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake).

Raise a glass with NC’s Head Distiller David Dickson during this exclusive holiday tasting. Discover the stories, techniques, and flavours that make NC’s spirits the perfect companion for winter gatherings and festive celebrations.
It will be held from 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Brews of the season with Jon Downing
Join NC Brew Master Jon Downing for a guided tasting of the season’s most distinctive beers. Explore the craftsmanship, ingredients, and inspiration behind each brew as Jon shares his expertise and stories from the brewhouse. A perfect experience for beer lovers looking to sip, learn, and celebrate the flavours of the season.
