Niagara College’s annual United Way Workplace Campaign is underway, and the College community is coming together once again to support United Way Niagara through a series of on-campus fundraisers. From holiday blooms to fresh cuts and spa-style treatments, to cheering on the Knights, there are many ways for you to get involved and make a meaningful impact in the community this season.
Athletics: Volleyball games gate donations
Cheer on your NC varsity Knights athletes and support United Way tonight
NC Athletics will donate all $5 gate fees from tonight’s home games to the United Way Workplace Campaign.
Join us in the Simplii Financial Athletic Centre tonight 26 and help support United Way simply by attending and cheering on the Knights.

- Men: 8 p.m.
Your game-day support will directly contribute to United Way Niagara, helping strengthen programs and services across the region.

Relax for a cause with student-led spa booths this week
The Teaching Spa and Esthetician program have generously opened six booths this week to offer relaxing mini-treatments in support of NC Cares and the United Way Workplace Campaign.
Drop by anytime, no appointment needed, and enjoy a rejuvenating experience while supporting an important cause.

Teaching Salon: Cut-A-Thon
Get a fresh look while supporting a meaningful cause!
NC’s Teaching Salon will host its annual Cut-A-Thon in support of NC Cares and the United Way Workplace Campaign. The fundraiser will take place Thursday, December 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in labs P110 and P114 inside the Pavilion at the Welland Campus.
For a $10 cash donation, guests will receive a professional student haircut, with all proceeds supporting United Way Niagara.
Appointments will operate on a first come, first served, with a sign-up sheet available at reception on the day of the event. Please note that online booking will not be available.
Guests are welcome to park for free in Lot E, and donations of any amount can also be made at the Teaching Salon reception desk.

Teaching Greenhouse: Poinsettia Sales
Shop student-grown poinsettias to support United Way
Add a touch of holiday colour to your home or office while giving back to the community. NC’s Teaching Greenhouse is once again supporting the United Way Workplace Campaign with the sale of beautiful student-grown poinsettias.
Each plant has been carefully nurtured by NC Horticulture students and makes a perfect festive gift or addition to your seasonal decor.

For every poinsettia purchased, $1.00 will be donated to NC Cares as part of the United Way Workplace Campaign, helping support vital programs and services across Niagara.
