As we prepare for a new academic year, I invite you to take a moment to reflect on the global impact we have made together.
The newly released Niagara College 2024-2025 Global Annual Report showcases the depth and breadth of our global engagement over the past year. More than just a record of milestones, it tells a story of shared purpose, collaboration, adaptability, and the meaningful contributions of teams across the College to our global reach.
Despite ongoing challenges in the international education landscape, Niagara College’s commitment to global learning remained strong. Over the past year, we welcomed students from more than 100 countries to our campuses in the Niagara Region, delivered transformative education and training in 15 countries, and supported hundreds of students and employees in pursuing global competency development through Be World Ready.
These accomplishments reflect the priorities outlined in our 2022-2027 Global Strategy: Bringing the World to Niagara, Taking Niagara to the World, and Preparing World Ready Graduates and Staff. Throughout the report, you will find inspiring examples of how these priorities have come to life.
What stands out most, however, is the people behind the achievements.
Across the College, NC employees continue to exemplify our student-focused, trailblazing, welcoming and passionate spirit by bringing creativity, commitment and care to every global initiative.
Thank you all for the role you play in this shared journey. The progress we have made this year would not be possible without the dedication of each one of you.
