It’s that time again!
Niagara College is calling on you to help us recognize the incredible individuals and teams who go above and beyond to support our college community.
For more than 30 years, the NC Awards of Excellence have celebrated employees who demonstrate outstanding performance in their roles, embody our values and culture, and show a deep commitment to Niagara College. Each year, with nominations submitted by their peers, one employee from each of the following categories is selected: Faculty, Support, Administration, along with one Team Award – all presented at Niagara Day in the fall.
At NC, recognizing your colleagues is easy.
Nominations are made through our website, where you can:
- Start and save your nomination to complete it at your convenience
- Upload letters of support and relevant documents
- Access award criteria, eligibility details, and a clear step-by-step guide – including examples – to walk you through the process
Nominations are now open and will be accepted until September 26, 2025.
We encourage you to begin early and take the time to connect with your colleagues to prepare a thoughtful nomination.
