The three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) profiled Twenty Kitchen & Bar, a downtown St. Catharines restaurant owned by NC alumna Tori Pennell (Culinary Skills – Chef Training, 2013), who is also the head chef. The profile described Twenty as a “small, hidden gem [that] deserves the attention of any foodie, whether local or visiting from afar.”
