At NC, we believe learning is a lifelong journey and we are excited to launch the 2025/2026 Professional Development (PD) Calendar with a fresh lineup of topics!
What’s new this year?
We’ve enhanced the calendar based on your feedback and the evolving needs of the college. This year’s PD Calendar includes:
- Many new topics, including sessions to equip you to deal with change and take care of your wellbeing
- Aspiring Leader sessions, for anyone who is curious about leadership and/or wants to grow their ability to lead others – no matter what their current role is
- A wide variety of delivery formats for greater flexibility and accessibility, including shorter virtual, hybrid, and in-person options – even virtual sessions over your lunch hour!
