Benchmark serves up sizzling summer menu

Get ready to whet your appetite; Benchmark Restaurant is cooking up something special for summer.

On June 17, they’re rolling out a brand-new menu that promises to be a feast for the eyes and the palate. With a fresh, farm-to-table approach, the new offerings will showcase local produce and support for local farmers.

“We’re thrilled to release our new Benchmark summer menu–fresh, vibrant, and proudly sourced as close as possible,” said Benchmark Chef Justin Downes. “Every dish celebrates the incredible flavors from our local farms and purveyors who share our passion for homegrown excellence.”

Sample a variety with the prix fixe option or cherry-pick your favorite dishes à la carte.

Dig in at Benchmark Tuesday to Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. And if the weather’s cooperating, the patio is open. No need to cook up a reservation; walk-ins are welcome.
