BVM Sports announced that Allie Columbus has been appointed as the new head coach for the NC Knights women’s basketball program. A former athlete and assistant coach at Brock University, she brings extensive experience in coaching and education. Columbus holds both an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Kinesiology, alongside her Bachelor of Education. Excited about her new role, she aims to foster a positive environment for student-athletes while reconnecting with the Niagara community.
Columbus will officially start her position on June 23rd, succeeding interim coach Kimbal Mackenzie.
