The three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard, and Welland Tribune) recently published an article announcing that Niagara College is seeking a new head coach for the Knights women’s basketball team ahead of the 2025-26 season.

The article highlights returning coaching staff across various sports, including Steve Stone, who will continue to lead both the men’s and women’s volleyball teams for a second consecutive year. Also returning are Lequan Hylton (men’s basketball), Rob Lalama (women’s soccer), and Frank DeChellis (men’s soccer), who has served as head coach since 2012 and is Niagara College’s longest-tenured coach. Curling will once again be led by co-coaches Chris Poulouski and Richard Reist, and technical director Jordan Thin.
