The NOTL Local, Thorold Today, and Pelham Today shared Niagara College’s release highlighting Electrical Apprentice, Olivia Carre, a recent graduate of the College’s Electrician – Construction and Maintenance Apprenticeship program, who was one of only four apprentices across Canada to receive the prestigious Dakota Prep Fellowship.
