Thorold Today, Pelham Today, and the NOTL Local recently featured a group of Niagara College Film Studies students who created a documentary short for a class project, shining a spotlight on Angie O’H Antiques on Front Street in Thorold.
NC student and documentary’s director, Olivia Sjoblad, shared the unexpected way she discovered the shop for the topic of the documentary. “It was the day before we had to pitch our documentaries to our class and I was kind of running out of ideas” she said. “And just on the off-hand chance, me and some of my friends were in Thorold and we entered her shop and that was how it started.”
