May 5-11 marks Mental Health Week, a time for Canadians to learn about and discuss mental health issues, promote awareness, and encourage conversations around mental well-being.
This year, Niagara College is offering free wellness activities for all employees and students throughout the week to encourage open and honest conversations about mental health and to promote self-care.

Personal wellness and meditation session

Being Mindful in Nature (nature walk with Sustainability)
