Foodservice and Hospitality shared NC’s release on the A Chef’s Journey dinner series event on April 24 featuring Chef Professor Riley Bennet, whose menu focused on Canadian ingredients as well as some global flavours, paired with wines from the unique terroir of his home province in British Columbia and current home in Ontario.
