Andrea Fujarczuk, Program Coordinator and Professor of Niagara College’s Artisan Distilling program, and alumna Melissa Bernais are featured in the Spring 2025 issue of Relish and Whisky Magazine in an article titled Women Shaping Canada’s Distilling Future.
The article highlights Fujarczuk’s role in educating the next generation of distillers while playing a pivotal role in shaping the conversation around Canadian whisky’s identity. It also showcases Bernais–Blender & Distiller at Paradigm Spirits Co. in London, Ontario–whose approach to distillation is described as a form of storytelling, using flavours to craft experiences that resonate with drinkers.
