The NOTL Local, Pelham Today, and Thorold Today shared NC’s release promoting the College’s student craft beer festival, Project Brew, set to take place April 11 at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus. Project Brew: Brews in Bloom, will showcase the talents of final-term students from NC’s trailblazing Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program. As part of their capstone project, students plan and execute the event while crafting a variety of unique beers–some created individually, others brewed in collaboration with fellow students or program alumni.
