Pelham Today, Thorold Today and the NOTL Local shared NC’s release announcing the return of NC’s popular Caps, Corks and Forks event on Feb. 22. Organized by the College’s Culinary, Tourism and Beverage Studies division, the event marks the 18th edition of the popular dinner series, where Winery and Viticulture Technician students face off against Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management students in a friendly competition that has been running since 2012.
