Niagara College President Sean Kennedy was recently featured on The Presidents Club podcast, where he reflected on his five-year milestone as President.
During the interview, Kennedy reflected on the triumphs and challenges of his presidency, including navigating the COVID-19 pandemic early in his tenure and adapting to the evolving landscape of international student enrollment policies.
Despite these challenges, Kennedy emphasized the strength of Niagara College’s organizational culture and the dedication of its people.
“There’s a lot to navigate, but what I think is always a source of amazing strength is the incredible organizational culture at Niagara College and the incredible people we have,” said Kennedy. “It’s a really special place, so regardless of the challenge, that is always an incredible source of inspiration and energy for me.”
