Pelham Today and Thorold Today shared NC’s release about a recent Motive Power graduate receiving essential tools, thanks to retired Toronto mechanic Tom Cowan. Now living in Niagara Falls, Cowan was inspired by a friend to donate his unused tools to an NC student. He connected with Wayne Toth, NC’s Motive Power Program Coordinator, to make the donation happen.
