On January 21, the Niagara Falls Review published a profile and Q&A with NC Chef Professor Olaf Mertens, catching up with him before headlining the College’s new dinner series, A Chef’s Journey. The event will see Mertens take over the College’s Benchmark restaurant on December 23 for an evening of storytelling and fancy food.
