I am excited to announce that Niagara College is, once again, among Hamilton-Niagara’s top employers.

Today, The Hamilton Spectator announced the winners in its special edition magazine, which also includes a feature article, Niagara College helps employees discover their passions.

As a college community, we are so proud to earn the title of Top Employer for the third straight year, a testament to the incredible workplace we have built and sustained together as a welcoming, passionate, trailblazing, and student-focused organization. We remain steadfast in our commitment to student success, which continues to earn us recognition among the best in the Golden Horseshoe.

The Top Employer evaluation criteria that apply to NC include: workplace, work atmosphere and social, health, financial and family benefits, vacation and time off, employee communications, training and skills development, and community involvement.

The story in The Spectator demonstrated how our employees, like our students, are supported to explore their own learning and passions, and bring their expertise to make our College even better.
