Employees interested in building their knowledge and understanding of equity, diversity and inclusion can take part in a series of learning opportunities this Winter 2025.

Employee VR Accessibility session:

On March 24 from 2 to 4 p.m., at the Welland Campus registered employees are invited to join for an immersive experience in perspective-taking using Oculus Quest II VR headsets or via a PC version.

Webinars: Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion

Webinars will also be offered on a variety of EDI topics through Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. Niagara College is an Employer Partner with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI). One of the benefits of this partnership is participation in CCDI monthly webinars, which are free for all employees.

  • Black History Month Panel February 4 from 1 to 2 p.m.
