101.1 More FM and CJED-FM announced on January 14 that NC and Mohawk College are partnering to address the shortage of health care workers.
The schools have signed an agreement that a set number of students from each school are guaranteed class space at the other school if one school does not have that program. Mohawk is reserving spaces for Niagara’s top graduates in several of its programs such as Cardiovascular Technology. In turn, Niagara is opening spaces for Mohawk grads in programs such as dental hygiene.
